Europe and Central Asia Activist Convening (14.12.2015)
On December 10-12, 2015 Europe and Central Asia activist convening of meeting took place in Batumi, Georgia, and Women’s Rights Center representative, psychologist A. Arakelyan, participated in it. Different problems, such as gender inequality, gender-based violence, violations and limitations of human rights were at the center of meeting’s attention. 
 
Workshop on Domestic Violence and Child Abuse in Armenia (13.12.2015)
On December 11, 2015 a Workshop on Domestic Violence and Child Abuse in Armenia took place at Ashot Yerkat Hall of Marriott Armenia Hotel. The event was organized by the US Embassy in Armenia and representatives of different structures working in the field were invited to participate, including representatives of RA MoLSA, RA Investigation Committee, RA Police, international organizations and local CSOs. 
 
Conclusion of the «16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence» Annual Campaign (13.12.2015)
On December 10, 2015 a press conference devoted to the conclusion of the «16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence» annual campaign took place at Media Centre. The speakers of the conference were M. Adamyan from «Society without Violence» NGO, K. Petrosyan from Women's Rights Center NGO, Zhenya Mailyan from «Real World, Real People» NGO and N. Kankanyan from Womens' Support Center NGO. 
 
Participation in «Human Factor» TV Program broadcasted by Armenia TV Channel (09.12.2015)
On December 8, 2015 the regular release of the «Human Factor» TV Program was devoted to the discussion of domestic violence problem. The guests of the program were a representative of UN in Armenia, the Board member of «Real World, Real People» NGO H. Madoyan, attorney of Women's Support Center NGO N. Galstyan. Women's Rights Center NGO was presented by attorney E. Daniyelyan and psychologist L. Hayrapetyan.
 
Participation in the Press Lunch (30.11.2015)
On November 30 meeting of the member-organizations of the Coalition to Stop Violence against Women with the representatives of mass media was organized within the framework of the «16 Days of Activism against Gender Based Violence» annaul campaign and took place at the ArtBridge Bookstore Cafe.
 
Raising Awareness Meeting at Yerevan Basic School N37 (28.11.2015)
On November 27 raising awareness meeting with the school Director and teaching staff took place at Yerevan Basic School N37 organized by Women's Rights Center specialists M. Yeghiazaryan and K. Petrosyan. Center's activities, supportive services for women victims of domestic violence and their children, as well as the necessity of raising awareness meetings at the educational institutions were presented during the meeting. 
 
Seminar Devoted to the Constitutional Reforms in Armenia (27.11.2015)
On November 26, 2015 a discussion on “Constitutional Reforms in Armenia” took place at the Best Western Congress Hotel with participation of NGOs working in different areas, including Women’s Rights Center. Results of the sociological survey which described proportion of men's and women's involvement in the different areas of life, such as social-economic, educational and political, were presented during discussion. 
 
«Domestic Violence through Children's Eyes» Open-Air Travelling Exhibition (26.11.2015)
Every year within the framework of «16 Days against Gender Based Violence» Annual Campaign Women’s Rights Center organizes different actions and events. This year as well the open-air travelling exhibition under the slogan «Domestic Violence through Children's Eyes» took place on November 26.
 
Press Conference at Media Center devoted to the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women (25.11.2015)
On November 25 at 11:00 the Media Center hold a discussion devoted to the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women: Situation in Armenia. The speakers were S. Vardanyan, head of the Women’s Rights Center, L. Minasyan, Project Manager at Society without Violence NGO and A. Jilozyan from Women Support Center. S. Vardanyan presented WRC statistics on domestic violence and noted that sexual violence cases remained underreported because women usually didn’t want to apply with such cases even to the Hotline.
 
Event at the Yerevan State University (25.11.2015)
On November 25, 2015 workshop on “Gender Equality” theme took place at the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University. The workshop was organized by the European Law Students Association (ELSA), and students from the Faculty of Law, representatives of non-govermental organizations participated in the meeting. Women’s Rights Center also took part in the workshop raising the number of issues on domestic violence against women and their children in Armenia.
 
March of the Coalition to Stop Violence against Women (25.11.2015)
On November 25, 2015 the Coalition to Stop Violence against Women launched the 16 Days of Activism against Gender Based Violence annual campaign in Armenia. The Coalition, which unites 7 non-governmental organizations including Women’s Rights Center, organized a March which started at the crossroads of Kasyan-Komitas streets, walked by Baghramyan Avenue, Freedom Square, North Avenue and ended at the Republican Square, in front of the Government building.
 
Interview for «Aravot» Daily (24.11.2015)
On November 24, 2015 Women's Rights Center's psychologist Lilit Hayrapetyan had a phone interview with «Aravot» Daily on the threshold of 16 Days of Activism against Gender Based Violence Annual Campaign launch on November 25. The interview was devoted to the problem of violence against women and its negative impact not only on women but on children as well. According to L. Hayrapetyan, despite of the fact that children are witnesses or victims of domestic violence, they will carry at least psychological consequences of violence.
