We invite your attention to the book, which presents those true stories of women subjected to domestic violence, which succeed in the end. Such stories are various and numerous, however, we tried to choose especially the most common and typical ones to violence.
In these stories the secret and hidden phenomenon which, as a rule, is not usually talked about openly is shown. Although the stories are anonymous, one should never forget that the author of one of these stories might occur to be his or her mother, sister or daughter. We have tried to keep the narrative style of every woman as possible.
While classifying the stories our main principle was to place in the end of the book the narratives of those women, who were strong enough to struggle against their abusers.
This book presents a question: whether the Armenian women are really loved, honored and respected so much, as it is usually considered in our society.
